Para compensar a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do IPVA, a proposta inclui a limita\u00e7\u00e3o de gastos com propaganda institucional e despesas do Legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O teto seria de 0,1% da Receita Corrente L\u00edquida.
